Jennifer qualified in Glasgow in 2003 and trained in upper gastrointestinal hepatobiliary in Scotland’s leading hospitals. Her bariatric training was undertaken at University College London Hospital and North Tyneside Hospital and she was appointed as Consultant Surgeon in Fife in 2015 with the aim of developing a bariatric service in partnership with NHS Tayside.
