Vivienne graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 1990 with a BSc. (Hons) degree in Applied Nutrition and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics in 1995 at Leeds Beckett University. She is a member of the British Dietetic Association and is also registered with the Health Care Professions Council.
Vivienne has worked for many years in the NHS within the areas of Public Health / Health Promotion, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Paediatrics, Nutrition Support and Weight Management.
As a member of the Dietetic team at Phoenix, Vivienne’s role involves providing pre and post-operative dietary support for Private and NHS patients based in London, Kent, Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire.
