3. On your lunch break, plan on getting outside for a short walk.  Even 10-15 minutes can make a difference in getting your heart and lungs active, plus the fresh air will keep you awake and refreshed for the afternoon.

4. Carry a water bottle with you as a constant reminder to stay hydrated throughout the day.
